Cardio for the Community

We're kicking off 2016 with our Cardio for the Community Program! Everyone, members and non-members, are invited to come for an hour of high intensity cardio, every Saturday, starting at 8 a.m.


  • Bamboo Bar with Kettle Bells on the bench forces the lifter to keep the chest up, shoulders back and down and to stay tight. If not, the bar shakes and becomes tricky to hold.
